Services
Evergreen Living provides professional cleaning, housekeeping and lifestyle management services. Service scope, pricing and duration are confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in AED and payable as stated at booking. Membership benefits and loyalty rewards apply according to their published terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking within the notice period communicated at confirmation. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas where reasonable.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take great care in your home. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
